Brad Marchand is back, and a Team Canada forward is the odd man out

It seems like Jon Cooper swapped one Florida Panther for another as Sam Bennett is scratched ahead of Canada's game in favor of Brad Marchand.
As we get the quarterfinals of the men's ice hockey portion of the Olympics on Wednesday, Czechia and Canada face off in a matchup that likely favors the Canadian side however you can never count out the Czechs -- who have Canada's number during the Olympics in the past.
There were reports that Brad Marchand was making his way back into the lineup but the question was who would he replace? It looks like he's taking over for his current teammate in Florida, Sam Bennett:
Bennett, Josh Morrissey and Darcy Kuemper are all going to be sitting for the quarterfinal game while Karel Vejmelka, Jiri Tichacek, and Radek Faksa are absent for the Czech side.
Marchand has also been dealing with a nagging injury although he did score in Canada's first game, coincidentally against Czechia.
Everything looks pretty standard elsewhere for the Canadians, and they will be calling upon St. Louis Blues goaltender Jordan Binnington, who shutout the Czechs in the first game of the preliminary round.
While Canada isn't really facing any struggles, they are a bit banged up so hopefully they are able to hold the Czechs off easily as to not run into any further issues.
Bennett was fairly quiet during the Olympics and was chosen as the team's 13th forward as a replacement for forward Anthony Cirelli, who was injured during the Tampa Bay Stadium Series game right before the break.
