Jack Edwards recently took a break from broadcasting the Bruins and this instantly led to speculation on if he would be parting ways with the Bruins or would be getting replaced.
He took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to make a post addressing the matter.
Happy Holidays! Contrary to misinformation (imagine that!), I am fit & healthy. I will not be in the booth for 2 more games: the Ottawa/Philly roady in January.
I look forward to calling years of Bruins games. I am enjoying a holiday week family vacation. First time in 17 years.

Edwards mentioned that he will be in the booth for the foreseeable future and wants to keep his position with the franchise for years to come.
Regardless of your opinion of Edwards, he has to be respected as one of the greats. Hopefully, he enjoys his time away and is able to return soon.
