Breaking: Jeremy Swayman's Arbitration Filing Causes a Stir
Jeremy Swayman and the Boston Bruins will go into a salary arbitration hearing on July 30th, and there's been a major development in the situation.
Huge Development for Swayman
Earlier today, Elliotte Friedman reported the official filings for the hearing.
The Boston Bruins have filed for $2M, and Swayman has filed for a whopping $4.8M.
As you can see, there's a huge gap between their proposals.
The goalie had a great season with a 24-6-4 record, a 2.27 GAA, and a .920 SV% in 37 games.
The third party will have to determine how much Swayman will earn unless they reach a deal before the hearing.
