Now a few weeks later, fans are expecting to see Lucic soon but that does not seem like it will be the case.
Lucic Taking Longer To Recover Than Expected
Recently head coach Jim Montgomery spoke on Lucic's recovery process and shared some awful news about how he is recovering.
Coach Montgomery on Milan Lucic's recovery from injury: «Looch is not going as quick as we expected, so he's maybe a week behind where we expected, but it's not dramatic.»
While the Bruins will be without Lucic for a bit longer than expected, they have been doing just fine without him as they're leading the NHL in points and are looking to stay on top of the league.
