The Boston Bruins needed to clear cap space and shipped Nick Foligno to the Chicago Blackhawks. Foligno however got the last laugh.
Foligno Destroys the Bruins
In a recent statement Foligno threw some shade towards the Boston Bruins.
The Boston Bruins had a record setting regular season but choked against the Florida Panthers in round 1 of the playoffs.
Nick Foligno the Player
Foligno had 26 points in 60 games with the Boston Bruins last year. The 35-year-old player was the captain of the Columbus Blue Jackets from 2015 season all the way to his departure in 2020.
Foligno has played in 1025 NHL games in his career collecting 525 points in that span, he has signed a one-year $4 million salary contract with the Chicago Blackhawks.
