Connor Bedard Scores His First Goal vs. the St. Louis Blues
While the NHL season is yet to start, prospect tournaments have begun and the Blackhawks are currently playing their first game.
They have a talented roster boasting the likes of players like Kevin Korchinski, Nolan Allen, Drew Commesso, and most importantly, Connor Bedard.
Early in the second period, the Blackhawks got a powerplay and Bedard proved why he was the number one overall pick.
Bedard's world-class shot is on display with this goal, seeing how he changes the angle of release at a moment's notice, resulting in the goalie guessing completely wrong.
Bedard and the Blackhawks currently lead the game two to zero and will look to finish off the Blues in the third period. They will look to win the tournament and Bedard will look to transition from the prospects tournament to training camp and the NHL preseason.
This is Bedard's first goal in a Blackhawks and certainly, many more are yet to come.
