The last couple days for the fans of the Blackhawks have been confusing, Corey Perry may be on his way out of Chicago.
Corey Perry and a Goalie Both Mysteriously Missing From Practice
Corey Perry and the Blackhawks seemingly have had a falling out that has seen the veteran forward missing from action. Last night against the Blue Jackets Perry was a healthy scratch for the game.
Perry has gone from the top powerplay unit in Chicago to being a healthy scratch which has led to confusion in the NHL. The Blackhawks have labeled it "organizational decision" to bench Perry.
With this being the case an expected trade is the most likely outcome for the former Hart trophy winner.
The Confusion Continues on American Thanksgiving
To make matters even more confusing at this mornings practice Perry was not seen on the ice same with starting goalie Peter Mrazek who are both mysteriously absent from the ice time.
Corey Perry, after being healthy-scratched due to an «organization decision» last night, is not practicing with the Blackhawks today.
Petr Mrazek is not either. Not a very joyous Thanksgiving around these parts. This very well could mean that the Blackhawks will be announcing a trade involving both Corey Perry and Peter Mrazek finding new homes somewhere else in the league.
