Very Sad And Heartbreaking News Strikes The Hockey Community
The Chicago Blackhawks organization announced some very sad news today.
Former Blackhawks Make-A-Wish Partner Passes Away
Former Blackhawks make-a-wish Partner Cammy passed away at the age of 14. Cammy's dream was to score a goal assisted on by the Blackhawks defenseman Duncan Keith. The team and Keith were more than happy to grant her wish.
That was many years ago but her memory will live on in the spirit of the Blackhawks organization. The organization is glad that they were able to leave such a huge mark on Cammy and her family.
Our most sincere thoughts and prayers are with Cammy, her friends, and family tonight. The entire hockey community, but especially the Blackhawks would like to share a moment to remember her love for the game of hockey. Rest in peace, Cammy.
