An anonymous teammate of Connor McDavid spoke up on the Oilers Captain's message following their playoff loss to the Vegas Golden Knights

McDavid spoke to Oilers following playoff exit

After losing in 6 Games to the eventual Stanley Cup winners Vegas, a member of the Oilers reveals what McDavid did at the end of the series.

McDavid reportedly gave a heartfelt speech to the locker room that was so emotional, that according to the Oiler, who was cited by NHL.com but was unnamed, it made them want to "run through a wall for the guy", according to the anonymous Edmonton player.

McDavid had 20 Points in 12 Games for Edmonton, who were eliminated in the 2nd Round by Vegas, losing in Game 6 by a score to 5-2, with Vegas getting a hat trick from future playoffs Conn Smythe Winner Jonathan Marchessault.

McDavid led the NHL's regular season in Goals (64), Assists (89), and Points (153), becoming the first since Wayne Gretzky in 1986-87 to lead in all three categories.
