According to Hockey Buzz's Eklund, Kane has already decided on his next team, and it will be a team that's close to contending for a Stanley Cup, but what isn't revealed is when he will announce that decision.

We've heard reports that Kane may wait until the season begins to sign a new deal, but this knowledge leads everyone to believe he may sign ahead of training camp.
