Jakob Chychrun is an amazing player, and he believes his diet is a big factor in that.
In an interview with Craig Morgan, Chychrun revealed how he eats, and why it makes him so successful.
I'm also eating raw liver, raw beef heart, doing all this crazy stuff. The taste is awful, but your body almost craves it when you eat it consistently because it's just so nutrient dense.
It's definitely interesting, and a little chilling, but if it works for him, it works for him! The raw beef heart suppliers in Ottawa jut got a nice business boost!
