BREAKING: Jaromir Jagr finally returns to Pittsburgh after 16 years
The Pittsburgh Penguins made a major announcement concerning Jaromir Jagr.
Penguins to Retire Jagr's Number in Pittsburgh
The Penguins organization revealed that they will retire Jaromir Jagr's number in the rafters of the PPG Paints Arena on February 18th, 2024.
"The only NHL player to have their jersey retired while still playing professional hockey, only fitting it's Jaromir Jagr 🫡
On February 18th 2024 against LA he'll become the 3rd Penguin to be lifted to the rafters, along with Mario Lemieux and Michel Briere"
Jagr will become the first active player to have his number retired by his former team.
