Tristan Jarry has signed a massive deal that pays him handsomely.
Pittsburgh Resigns Jarry
The Pittsburgh Penguins wanted to make sure they retained their starting goalie in Tristan Jarry. In doing so, they broke the bank by giving Jarry a massive deal.
The deal is 5 years and will pay Jarry $5.375 million per year. Some may think this is an overpay but considering Jarry posted a .914 sv% and 2.65 GAA in Pittsburgh, he has earned every penny if he continues his play.
The career Penguin has played with them since 2016 and has played over 200 games with the franchise.
