Price For Sidney Crosby's Game In Nova Scotia Reaches Record High Levels
Sidney Crosby and the Penguins played a preseason game in Sidney Crosby's hometown in Nova Scotia last night and the tickets reached record-high levels.
Insanely High Prices
Last night the Ottawa Senators faced off against the Pittsburgh Penguins in Halifax and it was a sold-out crowd. Halifax is where Crosby grew up and played so for him to return was special.
While it was a great moment for Crosby, some saw it as an opportunity to make some money on the side by buying a ticket and charging the price an insane amount.
Still some good seats available on stubhub for tonight's Penguins-Senators game in Halifax.
The original ticket prices were anywhere from $70 to $200 but they sold out quickly and fans who wanted to go but were late to the party had to pay an exorbitant fee.
It is unlikely that those three tickets were sold at that price but if they were, somebody is walking away with their pockets a bit fatter.
