The trade deadline can be a sad realization for many teams that their window to win is closing, and it is time to start looking to the future for a rebuild. That is the feeling that the Pittsburgh Penguins have today after they traded Jake Guentzel to the Carolina Hurricanes.

That raises one major question, about what the plan is for Veteran Sidney Crosby. Crosby is clearly getting to the end of his career, and if he is looking for another shot to win the cup, that would have to be somewhere else.
