Pavel Buchnevich signs $48 million extension with the St. Louis Blues
The forward Pavel Buchnevich signed a $48 million contract extension with the St. Louis Blues on Tuesday afternoon.
Buchnevich, 29, signed a 6-year contract valued at $8 million AAV with the St. Louis Blues that will kick in in 2025-26.
Buchnevich has one year left on his four-season, $5,8 million contract. In the past season, he scored 63 points, including 27 goals, in 80 games with the Blues.

"ST. LOUIS � St. Louis Blues President of Hockey Operations and General Manager Doug Armstrong announced today the team has signed forward Pavel Buchnevich to a six-year contract extension worth $48 million ($8 million AAV).
The extension begins with the 2025-26 season.
Buchnevich, 29, was originally acquired by the Blues via trade from the New York Rangers on July 23, 2021. [...]"
