BREAKING: Elliotte Friedman Provides An Encouraging Update On Ryan Reaves
Insider Elliotte Friedman has provided a massive update on the Toronto Maple Leafs and has shared some encouraging news regarding Ryan Reaves.
Reaves Injury Not As Bad As It Seems Per Friedman
Ryan Reaves recently went down with a brutal injury that left fans worried that he would be out long-term for the Maple Leafs. Fortunately, it seems as if this injury was not nearly as bad as it seemed.
Sportsnet insider Elliotte Friedman reported the following:
Toronto: Brodie game-time (illness). Liljegren returns from injury. Martin Jones in goal. Injury to Ryan Reaves not as serious as it appeared. Likely IR, but not LTIR
The Leafs will certainly be without Reaves for a bit of time but knowing he will not go on the LTIR means that it is a shorter recovery time than expected.
More details to come.
