New reports have indicated that a former Toronto Maple Leaf has signed an new professional contract.

Today reports are confirming that former Toronto Maple Leaf Nick Ritchie has signed a new professional contract. He will be heading to Finland to play for Karpat after his time in the NHL has apparently come to an end.
Nick Ritchie has signed with Oulun Kärpät in Finland. He attended #stlblues training camp on a PTO and was released before the season.

Ritchie, 27, had 13 goals, 26 points through 74 games played with the Calgary Flames & Arizona Coyotes (NHL) last season.
He was with St. Louis on a professional tryout contract in preseason, but failed to make the team.
In his time with the Maple Leafs Ritchie played 33 games and had 9 points. He will now head to Finland as he tries to get his career back on track.
