Wilson had a 10-year NHL career playing with the Canucks for four years, the Leafs for two years, the Rangers for two years, the Penguins for two years, and the Flyers for a single game. Wilson played in 287 games throughout his 10-year career.

With the Leafs Wilson registered a .889 sv%, a 3.31 GAA, and 1 shutout. Wilson was also a native of Toronto.

Wilson's best year came with the Penguins in 1976-77 where he made the all-star team and had 5 shutouts. He also had a .906 sv% and a 2.95 GAA that season.

Our thoughts are with Wilson's loved ones at this moment and we send our deepest condolences to anybody who was impacted by Wilson. May he rest in peace.
