John Tavares Goes Viral After Attending Charity Event
John Tavares has gone viral for helping raise over $1 million for charity so that a new hospital can be built in Bramton.
Hockey Night In Bramton
Last Wednesday, John Tavares attended Hockey Night In Bramton to raise money for the 2nd Bramton Hospital. Tavares helped raise $1 million for the Osler Foundation and another $100,000 for the John Tavares Foundation.

That's up from $411,000 raised at the inaugural event in 2019
Money raised for Osler will support the development of the new Peel Memorial Hospital
It was Team Tavares vs Team Giordano with Wendell Clarke and Doug Gilmour coaching the teams. Other NHLers were in attendance like Jeremy Roenick, Sean Monahan, and Patrick Brown.

The event also occured the same day Auston Matthews signed his extension.
Overall, it was a wonderfully successful night and it was great to see so much money go to a great cause.
