Scary Scene As William Nylander Gets Thrown Head First Into The Boards
William Nylander went flying head-first into the boards following a dirty hit from a Panthers defenseman.
Dangerous Hit On Nylander
Early in the second period between the Leafs matchup with the Panthers, defenseman Dmitry Kulikov laid a dirty hit on William Nylander which certainly should have been a penalty.
Kulikov sends Nylander into the boards
Kulikov was unpenalized for this play but in retrospect, it was quite dangerous and Nylander could have seriously been hurt as a result of this play.
Thankfully, Nylander was alright but this could be something to watch out for if Nylander winds up missing time down the road for an issue that was not bad initially but got progressively worse.
