Insider provides an official confirmation over Anthony Stolarz's status for the Toronto Maple Leafs vs. the Seattle Kraken.

Having not played for Toronto since December 12th after suffering a lower-body injury against the Anaheim Ducks.

The Toronto Maple Leafs appear to now be providing clarity on Stolarz's potential return.

Anthony Stolarz is in the starters net for the Toronto Maple Leafs at practice ahead of the team's game tonight against the Seattle Kraken.

It appears likely that if healthy, Stolarz will go tonight for the Leafs with Joseph Woll as the backup.

Stolarz, 31, has a 9-5-2 in 17 games played this season for the Leafs with a 2.15GAA and a .927sv%.

In other positive news for the Toronto Maple Leafs for the game against Seattle, Mitch Marner is practicing on the second line alongside John Tavares & William Nylander.

Marner missed Toronto's previous game against the Calgary Flames due to stiffness.

Toronto Maple Leafs head coach Craig Berube has since confirmed afterwards that both Stolarz & Marner will play tonight against Seattle.

Yesterday, Leafs head coach Craig Berube said that Stolarz was doing better and get closer to game-ready action.

The projected start of Stolarz makes it likely that Joseph Woll will see his next action Saturday against the Vancouver Canucks, with the two netminders going back-and-forth in net for the time being.

Woll has a 19-10-0 record in 29 games played for the Toronto Maple Leafs this season, along with a 2.67GAA and a .909sv% on the year.

The Toronto Maple Leafs take on the Seattle Kraken tonight at 10:00p.m. EST.

Joey Daccord is the projected starter for Seattle tonight. Daccord has a 18-13-3 record with a 2.49GAA and a .916sv% for the Kraken this season.
