UFC owner Dana White trashes Gary Bettman and the NHL draft at the Sphere
The UFC owner Dana White trashed Gary Bettman and the NHL Draft at the Las Vegas Sphere in a recent press conference.
White has never shied away from speaking his mind about various topics over the years. The UFC just announced that they'll hold UFC 306 at the Sphere, where the NHL Draft took place a few days ago.
When a reporter asked White to comment on the event, he didn't hold back.
He literally said that the NHL Draft will look like "Kids playing with crayons" compared to what they're going to do for their night at the Sphere.
Check out his full comment in the following video:
"I did see what they did with the rankings all the way up. That's going to be like f***ing kids playing with crayons compared to what we're going to do. Literally. Kids playing with crayons."
The NHL received a lot of praise from hockey experts about this year's draft. We saw many trades, surprising picks, and even some notable guest stars to announce the teams' selections.
Fans also enjoyed it, especially considering this should be the last time all NHL teams reunite for a draft.
Now, it'll be up to White to live up to his promises and deliver an impressive event for UFC 306, in September.
