At the trade deadline, Evgenii Dadonov was traded from the Golden Knights to the Anaheim Ducks in exchange for Ryan Kesler's contract.
For a variety of reasons, the deal fell through.
Following the announcement of the acquisition of Shea Weber's contract, the Anaheim Ducks, via Twitter, asked the Golden Knights if they were sure the deal would work out.
Love it!
