Bob Hartley destroys Flyers head coach
Philadelphia Flyers defenseman Keith Yandle had his consecutive game streak snapped at 989 on Saturday as the team's interim head coach Mike Yeo decided to leave the veteran defenseman out.
Bob Hartley picked up Yeo.
"The Flyers dropped him solid, you get eliminated and you decide to dress a 28-year-old guy (Nick Seeler), that's disrespectful. Keith he's a good person, at worst dress him as a 13th forward and don't play him much." - Bob Hartley
Hartley compared Yandle's situation to that of Phil Kessel.
"The Coyotes them only played Kessel one presence, because his wife was giving birth and he didn't want to lose his sequence. A few weeks later, can you see an organization like the Flyers making a decision like that? For a guy to fill in for him who had 10 minutes of ice time, it's embarrassing." - Bob Hartley
