Lou Lamoriello continues to clean up the house with the Islanders

After firing Barry Trotz in recent weeks, New York Islanders general manager Lou Lamoriello has continued to clean up his coaching staff.
Assistants John Gruden and Jim Hiller received their 4%.
Note that shortly after firing Trotz, Lamoriello promoted Lane Lambert to head coach.
