Due to a shoulder injury, Montreal Canadiens prospect Logan Mailloux may have to miss four to six months if he has surgery.
Mailloux dislocated his shoulder on March 6 following a fight with Pasquale Zito of the Windsor Spitfires.
According to his agent, the chances are very high that he will have surgery. Unfortunately, his presence at the next Tricolore training camp would be compromised.
The right-handed defenseman has nine points in 12 games this season.
