As previously reported, 12 Habs players have tested positive for COVID-19 and are currently in in quarantine.
Artturi Lehkonen, who just concluded his isolation, will also be unavailable tonight.
Not to mention the wounded players.
Since lunchtime, everyone has been wondering if the Habs can play tonight's game against the Hurricanes in Carolina, or if the league will step in and postpone it.
The NHL has decided, says Eric Engels of Sportsnet.
After contacting them to find out their position, he was told that unless something changes at the last minute, the game will be played tonight.
On paper, Dominique Ducharme will go up against one of the league's greatest teams with his worst lineup in decades.
Ouch. Luckily, the Habs haven't been in the postseason race for a while.
More info to come.
