Penguins sign one of the best wingers in the free agent market

The Pittsburgh Penguins have agreed to terms with winger Rickard Rakell on a six-season, $5 million per year contract.
Rakell, 29, had 13 points in 19 games in his time with the Pens.
Previously with the Anaheim Ducks, he had 28 points in 51 games.
Rakell is a first-round pick, 30th overall, in 2011.
