According to information from Pierre LeBrun, leaked during the Insider Trading segment on TSN, the Montreal Canadiens and Washington Capitals are reportedly in discussions to make a trade.
The injury to Capitals forward Connor Brown would be the last straw for the team's GM, who wants to add some more depth to his attack.
Obviously and not surprisingly, the names of Jonathan Drouin, Evgenii Dadonov and Mike Hoffman were in the discussions.
Will they be able to conclude a transaction soon? To be continued.
