According to insider Pierre Lebrun, the Edmonton Oilers are pursuing Canadian Claude Giroux.
The Oilers have 7.4 M$ available in salary cap. They have the best 2 offensive players in the league.
In my opinion, this is a huge mistake by the Oilers. They don't need offense, they need a goalie.
The Oilers somehow we're able to make the Conference finals with one of the worse goalies in the playoffs.
