Tuesday night, Colorado Avalanche goaltender Darcy Kuemper left Game 1 against the Edmonton Oilers with an upper-body injury and did not return.
Kuemper apparently withdrew due to blurred vision, as he claimed he could not see the puck.
This sounds like possible concussion symptoms that could keep him out of action for an extended period.
The is bad news for the Avalanche.
