New York Rangers head coach Gerard Gallant sent a clear message to his young player, Alexis Lafreniere.
The first overall pick in 2020 was left out of tonight's game. The Quebecer does not have a single point in the last eight games.
Gallant's goal is obviously to wake up Laffy>.
It will be interesting to see if this decision has any positive impacts this Saturday, as the Rangers take on the Red Wings.
