Matthew Tkachuk's Future Hangs in the Balance as Game Five Approaches
Matthew Tkachuk didn't leave Saturday night's game, but spent almost all of the third period on the bench, visibly dealing with an injury.
As the Vegas Golden Knights are only one win away to win the Stanley Cup, the Panthers will need all their best players if they want to win three straight games.
Unfortunately, Tkachuk's status is uncertain for the next game.
Tkachuk Could Miss Game Five
Matthew Tkachuk has been one of the best players since the playoffs started.
Tkachuk for the Conn Smythe?
In 20 games, he scored 24 points and is considered a serious candidate for the Conn Smythe trophy.
However Tkachuk could miss the next game, which will happen tomorrow in Vegas.
Without him, the Panthers will need to rely on their depth to survive.
More details will follow.
