BREAKING: Trade between the Devils and Blue Jackets
In the last few minutes, the insider Elliotte Friedman made an interesting revelation on Twitter concerning one of the biggest UFAs on the market this year.
Severson Signed and Traded
Damon Severson is probably one of the most important free agent this year and it didn't take long for him to find a deal in the NHL.
Per Friedman:
"Damon Severson and NJ are working on a sign and trade to Columbus. 8x$6.25M"
Severson in Columbus for eight years! The return hasn't been revealed yet, but it should be confirmed soon by the teams involved.
UPDATE:
The Blue Jackets have sent the devils a third round pick for Severson.
