Reports are confirming that the Colorado Avalanche have made a fourth trade in the last two days to improve their roster. This time the Avalanche have landed forward Yakov Trenin from the Nashville Predators.

Trenin will head to the Avalanche along with prospect Graham Sward for prospect Jeremy Hanzal and a 3rd round pick.
Trenin & rights to unsigned Graham Sward from Nashville to Colorado for Jeremy Hanzel & a 2025 3rd Trenin will likely slot in the bottom-six for the Avalanche and be a key cost-controlled asset for them going forward.
