After an increased talk in trade rumors, the Boston Bruins have placed one of their top forwards on the trade block.
DeBrusk Up For Grabs
In a recent report, DeBrusk's name was mentioned in trade talks involving the Bruins and the New York Islanders as a backup option, as the Isles are on the push for another Atlantic Division young forward.
Options Available
It was also mentioned in the same report that the Islanders are setting their sights on Ottawa Senators star forward Alex DeBrincat in a trade. But they are keeping in DeBrusk in mind in case a deal with Ottawa does not work out, which has lead the Bruins to place DeBrusk as available in trade.
As this situation develops, we will see what young forward the Islanders end up acquiring and if DeBrusk possibly gets moved elsewhere.
