BREAKING: Tomas Tatar signs with the Colorado Avalanche
One of the last remaining top free agents, Tomas Tatar, has officially signed a contract!
Tatar Signs in Colorado
The Colorado Avalanche organization announced that they've reached a one-year deal worth $1.5 million with forward Tomas Tatar!
"We have agreed to terms with Tomas Tatar on a one-year deal.
Welcome to Colorado, Tomas!"
Elliotte Friedman revealed the terms of the contract:
"Tatar's AAV is $1.5 million."
He'll join former teammates Jonathan Drouin and Artturi Lehkonen from his days in Montreal.
Tatar will bring a lot of depth to the Avs' lineup. His natural offensive talent will be a great asset for Colorado's bottom-six.
Last season, Tatar scored 48 points, including 20 goals, with the New Jersey Devils.
We wish him the best for this new challenge!
