The Atlantic Division rivals Red Wings and Sabres faced off on Saturday's afternoon. Detroit managed to put an end to their seven-game losing streak, winning 4-1.

During the game, a wild scene occured, where a linesman ended up getting hit by Red Wings veteran defenseman Ben Chiarot.

Chiarot Accidentaly Hits Linesman In Wild Scrum Against the Buffalo Sabres

The linesman Ben O'Quinn intervened as Ben Chiarot tried to get to Jordan Greenway, in a post-whistle scrum. Unfortunately, by doing so, he ended up on the receiving end of a jab from Chiarot.

Both the Sabres and the Red Wings are in a tight race for the playoffs and this was a big win for Detroit.
