BREAKING: Matt Rempe's Fate Confirmed by the Department of Player Safety
The Department of Player Safety will act on a major incident that occured in last night's game between the Rangers and the Devils.
On Monday night, in the Ranger Vs. Devils game, rookie Matt Rempe dangerously hit Devils' Jonas Siegenthaler and got ejected from the game.
If you missed it, here's how it happened:
In breaking news, the DoPS announced that Rempe will have a hearing to determine his consequences. According to Pierre LeBrun, Rempe won't serve a suspension longer than five games, as the hearing won't be in person.
This is Rempe's second ejection of his career, after only 10 games.
