Evgeni Malkin, in the shadow of Sidney Crosby, has had one of the best NHL careers of this generation.

In a viral post asking social media users who they'd take between Patrick Kane and Malkin, Kane got the edge, much to the chagrin of most experts and savvy fans. With this in mind, Malkin gave his take on the debate.

Malkin is known for his eclectic social media personality, and often some humourous self-praise. This made it especially surprising when he voted 88 in the debate between himself and Kane.
