One of the best things about Penguins Captain Sidney Crosby is that he's not just a remarkable player on the ice; he's a remarkable human being off of it.
Vacation Story
A story has just been released about a young fan's experience meeting Crosby while he was vacationing in the Bahamas this week.
A 10-year-old girl shyly approached Crosby, as he, his girlfriend, and another couple were dining at the same restaurant as her family. While most famous figures might feel bothered by fans while they're out in public, Crosby was the exact opposite. The 3x Stanley Cup champion kindly chatted with the girl about hockey and her passion for the Penguins.
But that's not even the best part of the story.
Crosby then proceeded to pay the family's tab and left an autograph and note for the young girl.
Crosby's class act is one memory that is sure to stay with the family forever.
