During the 2nd intermission of game two of the Eastern Conference Finals, NHL insider Elliotte Friedman dropped a bombshell regarding Kyle Dubas and his future in the NHL.
With Friedman stating that the Penguins will ask to meet with Dubas, it will make things interesting because Dubas has stated in the past that he will only be the GM of the Leafs but after leaving on bad terms, Dubas may be willing to become the GM of the Penguins.
This contradicts former reports from other insiders that said that the Penguins being linked to Dubas was more smoke than fire.
