Mitch Marner has reacted to what the Leafs have decided to do this offseason.
Marner Reacts To Domi Signing
Yesterday, the Toronto Maple Leafs signed Tyler Bertuzzi and Max Domi. They were two of the top free agents on the market and they will instantly be plugged into the Leafs top six.
On Instagram, Marner showed his approval of the Domi signing.
Domi and Marner played junior hockey together for the London Knights.
Their Chemistry
In 2014-15, the Knights had a dominant first line consisting of Marner, Domi, and Christian Dvorak. As a first year draft eligible player, Marner drove play posting 126 points in 63 games. Domi was not far behind with 102 points in 57 games.
Now in the NHL, the two will look to build off of their previous experience together being centered by Auston Matthews.
Domi is coming off a 56 point campaign and will look to build off it in Toronto with his good friend.
