Leafs' John Tavares shocks fans in off-season Red Light Therapy session
Leafs' John Tavares is known for being all about fitness, and this time shocked fans when he took a different approach, engaging in Red Light Therapy sessions.
Captain Tavares was recently seen doing a social media promotional video, where he was engaging in a Kala Therapy session, proving once again that he is fully dedicated to fitness and his team for the upcoming season.
Six images surfaced of Tavares embracing this new fitness regimen, and fans can only hope this will help him get into tip top shape for the start of the season.
Welcome to the Kala Family, JT!
Fans in the area got excited to see Tavares was at a local therapy spot, and expressed desire to have a meet and greet with him.
For those wondering what Kala Red Light Therapy is, it is a type of therapy that heals the body through enhanced weight loss, reduced joint pain, improved sleep, better overall physical performance and faster muscle recovery. Tavares is trying to do whatever it takes to be in the best shape of his life entering his 16th season in the NHL, and he better be ready, especially with an $11 million salary and the criticism he's faced by certain fans.
John Tavares has a whopping five points in his last 15 games.
11 million bucks a year.
The history books will show that his signing was an albatross contract and one of Dubas' many blunders.

Tavares seems to love being in ads, as he was involved in a promo shoot for Lululemon's Team Canada jacket back in 2022. Leafs' fans are hoping he will put the same amount of energy into his play next season.
