Matthew Knies trolls David Pastrnak during massive scrum
During what was a must-win game for the Toronto Maple Leafs in Game 5 tensions were high. At one point these high tensions led to a hilarious moment of rookie Matthew Knies trolling Boston Bruins star David Pastrnak.
Toronto Maple Leafs forward Matthew Knies has been one of the more underrated players for the Leafs in their first-round series. This continued on Tuesday night against the Boston Bruins. In a moment at the end of the second period, Matthew Knies showed he was not going to back down from anyone as he trolled David Pastrnak.

The last several seasons the Toronto Maple Leafs have been seen as soft and not able to keep up during the Stanley Cup Playoffs. Seeing a rookie in Matthew Knies step up in these areas provides hope for the future and the present of the Maple Leafs success.
Beyond this moment Matthew Knies was also able to play the hero to end the night. In a tense overtime that was win or go home for the Maple Leafs Matthew Knies came through.
