«Already looking forward to next year»
Just a short time later Joseph Woll got a surprising response from one of his teammates Max Domi.
While this is not concrete evidence that Max Domi is returning to the Toronto Maple Leafs it is encouraging. If he were locked in on being a free agent and leaving Toronto he likely wouldn't be interacting with teammates on social media.
As free agency approaches on July 1st his situation will be one of the most important to watch for the Maple Leafs.
