Steve Kozari puts Corey Perry in his place, sparking foul language
Corey Perry took a penalty during game three of the Stanley Cup final and was not happy about it, eventually earning an earful from the referee as he protested from the penalty box.
Perry was called for goalie interference during the second period as the Oilers fell apart. One could argue that Perry was likely just upset that the Panthers has taken a big lead in the game, which is virtually a must-win for the Oilers. By the end of the period, the Panthers were up 4-1.

Fan reaction to the play was classic. After all, Corey Perry is one of the more notorious players in the league, known as a pest. In the past few years though, he has also earned a reputation as a loser as he has made the Stanley Cup finals in four of the past five seasons, but lost all of them up to this point.
Ring chaser getting told to sit down in the sin bin. Then has a tissy fit. 😂😂
Other fans simply credited the Panthers for being the better team. Many took Perry's outburst as a sign that the Oilers are simply weaker mentally speaking than the Panthers, who never appear to get rattled.
This clip is a perfect example of the Panthers mental fortitude and discipline in these playoffs. Bennett taking the penalty with grace, Perry throwing a tantrum as if that's gonna make his situation any better.
Players can often channel their frustration into moments of greatness, but when players are responding like this to the referees, that is usually a bad sign. If things do not change soon, the Panthers will be the Stanley Cup champions this year.
