Just after being placed on waivers a few days ago, it appears the Capitals have been taking calls regarding forward Evgeny Kuznestov to find a new home. We now know where he ends up.
Kuznestov traded to Hurricanes
The Canes keep adding, just after acquiring Jake Guentzel yesterday in a blockbuster trade, the Hurricanes have now acquired forward Evgeny Kuznetsov from the Washington Capitals.
Kuznetsov carries an expensive cap hit of 8 Million dollars.
