BREAKING: Nino Neiderreiter has been traded
Per Elliotte Friedman, the Winnipeg Jets will be acquiring Nino Neiderreiter from the Nashville Predators.
Neiderreiter Heads to Winnipeg
Neiderreiter signed a three-year deal in Nashville this season with an annual cap-hit of $4-million.
The Jets will add him to a dynamic forward group that can score and play defensively.
What This Means
The Jets most likely aren't done yet, and Neiderreiter wasn't an excessively expensive acquisition.
The Jets are sending a 2024 2nd round pick to the Predators for Neiderreiter.
